The factory covers a floor area of 68,000sq.m and construction area of 28,000sq.m, with a total capital assets of RMB 58 million yuan and annual production value of nearly RMB 100 million yuan. All our products are registered the trademark of Shengyou in the Industrial & Commercial Administration.
As a supporting industrial enterprise for real property development, the factory has successively supplied supporting security doors, building talkback doors, garage doors, plastic profiled shapes, plastic steel doors & windows, wood doors & windows, various tubes, cast iron parapets, conduit shaft doors and many other products for many projects, such as Dalian State-Level Comfort Housing Project--Paoya Residential Quater, Xinyou Residential Quater, Erqi Apartment, Scientist Doctor Apartment, Xinhua Apartment, Liande Residential Quater, Jinhai Garden, etc. Now the factory has been approved by Dalian Construction Committee as the class-1 manufacturing enterprise of plastic profiled shapes, plastic aluminium multiunit tubes and plastic steel doors & windows, as well as the qualified manufacturer of security doors by the Ministry of Public Security.
